Russell J. Rucker

Mr. Rucker had served in elected positions of numerous organizations as well as in government. He’s studied extensively political theory at the time of the founding as well as the constitution itself and founding documents and writings of the period. This has been his serious life study of more than forty years. As a public speaker his stood fast for our constitutional rights, and worked for the preservation of liberty enshrined in our federal republic. Ignoring the calls that no one cares about the constitution and forges ahead in its defense. As an author he’s tried to explain the founding period the meaning our documents and the why they all matter.
