This book is such a fun book . It’s larger but has very easy letters to read and super cute illustrations. I’ve read it a few times since receiving it and still enjoy. I purchased it for my personal Michael Springthorpe collection as I find his love for animals quite endearing. You won’t be disappointed.

Ooo my. This book!! It’s really freaking funny. I’m laughing!! It has cuss words in it. And I bought it for my great nieces and nephews and my grandson lol. I think I’ll wait and share it with them when they are much older! And it’s quite Smart... I’ve had to look up some words lol! It’s huge.... like he wrote it for us old people so we wouldn’t have to wear our glasses! Bonus! I related a bit to it... loosing his “really cool sandals” and they were just sandals. lol. Got me serious a bit and made me think of my personal losses! And then the darkness. Then the awaking! It’s a great escape! And very charming!! Love it!
